Beautiful penthouse apartment with two separately accessible bedrooms and terraces. Fully-furnished with a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso™ coffee machine. 

The apartment is located in a new building with elevator. Therefore, you can expect large, high, bright and friendly rooms and six people can comfortably live together. The two bedrooms are equipped with oversized boxspring double beds, making them the perfect place to relax. In the living room, you can also relax and watch a movie on the 40 inch Samsung Smart TV with cable TV or NETFLIX. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. Cooking pots, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine are provided. So you have everything you need to feel at home. The spacious bathroom invites you to relax and is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and nice, soft towels in three different sizes as well as a hair dryer. You have free high-speed Wi-Fi in the whole apartment. In addition, the large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes.

If necessary, the comfortable sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed with a slatted frame and a large, continuous mattress without a fold in the middle. There is no difference to a full bed. And of course we provide you with an iron and ironing board for your stay. Guests arriving by car may use the on-site garage.

The bus 14A is only a three-minute walk away. The metro line U1 is about 800 meters away.

Just around the corner you will find two supermarkets and a fitness center. If you need a grocery store that's open outside of regular hours, then you'll be lucky enough to live in an apartment near the main train station. There is a supermarket open daily from 5:30 to 23:00.
