Our modern studio apartment is located on the first floor (without elevator!!) in the annex of Hotel Klimt.

It includes a living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.

The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV.

There are also amenities like a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and a drying rack available in the apartment. 

Of course, you have free internet access available in the apartment.
