Our spacious, newly renovated apartments are located in a classic, renovated building in a very central location in Vienna, close to the city center and in a quiet location and offer you the highest level of comfort. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi. 

The apartment has an inviting entrance hall and a cozy living room with a dining table, an extendable sofa and a flat-screen TV - ideal for relaxing hours. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with all appliances (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle) as well as cooking utensils and complete sets of dishes. In addition, a Nespresso machine and a few Nespresso coffee capsules await you as a welcome drink.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space and a TV so that smaller groups or families also have enough space.

We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and high chair for your baby for the entire stay (on request).

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, a washing machine and toilet to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating.

The apartment will be equipped with fresh bed linen, covers, hand and bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and cleaning items for the washing machine and dishwasher before your arrival. 

The Vienna Prater, St. Stephen's Cathedral, various shopping facilities such as BILLA and several public transportation options (subway: U1 Nestroyplatz, U2 Taborstrasse; tram line 2; bus line 5A) are just a few minutes' walk away. The famous Vienna Opera, numerous museums, Schönbrunn Palace and the zoo are also within easy reach.
