After booking with a deposit of 50% you will receive a confirmation by email. 
The outstanding amount is due at the latest when the keys are handed over.

Option 2 - "not refundable"

 

Cancellation fees when booking with the price variant "non-refundable"

The booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge. The cancellation fee is 100% from the time of booking.
